A professor explains to his pupils how to use the telephone. They finally got it (!) and speak like this:

This word 'относoвáйте(м)' pronounced rather clearly I can't find in no place. The most close transcription I find would be: 'Одно звоните'. But д should be kept soft, not hard; it appears an 'o' in front of the general reduction of unstressed vocals, and other problems. Nor with позвонить I see the problem solved. Can you help me? Thanks.
